Return & Refund Policy

At Roermex, we pride ourselves on being an industry leader in delivering top-notch customer satisfaction. Our passionate team of over 70 dedicated individuals is committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations, from product design to manufacturing processes and equipment utilization, all aimed at ensuring the highest quality and enjoyment for our customers.

While nobody's perfect, we continuously strive to maintain the highest standards. In the unlikely event that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we'll take care of you, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved to your satisfaction.

Refund Policy:

If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue a full or partial refund according to your request.

For any reason we try and are unable to reprint or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces.

Note:

Quality Issues:

If you receive a product with quality issues, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the item.

We will promptly address the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

Size Mismatch:

Please carefully refer to our size guide before placing your order to ensure the selected size is accurate.

As products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size mismatches.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a product damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage for verification and resolution.

Order Cancellation:

Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $10 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.

But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items.  If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $10 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, and discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email;  please note that it may take an additional 7-12 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

This is a custom jersey that was not manufactured by or in any manner associated with any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer.  Our customized jersey which is independently produced and designed carries no professional sports league designation or brand.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for blank products that have been processed or modified for secondary sale. This policy applies to all items altered from their original condition. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before making a purchase for modification and resale.
